How to Get Ecto-tokens
Ecto-tokens are Port Phasmatys currency. Worship the Ectofuntus with bonemeal + slime for 4× Prayer XP vs burying, then claim 5 tokens per worship from a ghost disciple. Ghosts Ahoy gives the ectophial and free city entry.

Main reason mid/late accounts farm it
Requirements- Ghosts Ahoy — ectophial teleport to the temple, free entry through the Phasmatys gate. Without it you pay 2 ecto-tokens per entry (chicken-and-egg until you bank a few worships).
- Ghostspeak amulet or Morytania legs 2+ to talk to ghost disciples and claim tokens (still needed after Ghosts Ahoy).
- Bones (any), empty pots, empty buckets. Noted bones + pots/buckets for bulk trips.
- Optional: Morytania Diary slime-pool teleport — skips the dungeon climb for slime.
Worship loop- Arrive at the temple (ectophial is best).
- Upstairs: load bones into the bone grinder → collect pots of bonemeal.
- Get slime: trapdoor west of the fountain into the pool, or diary teleport straight to the slime pool. Fill all buckets.
- Back at the Ectofuntus with bonemeal + slime in inventory → worship (this is the Prayer XP).
- Talk to a ghost disciple with ghostspeak / Morytania legs 2+ to claim 5 ecto-tokens per worship. Tokens are not auto-added on worship alone.
Getting to Phasmatys- Ectophial — empties at the temple. Refill on the fountain.
- Fairy ring ALQ (Haunted Woods) → run east toward Phasmatys.
- Kharyrll / Canifis → northeast on foot or agil shortcuts.
What tokens are actually for- City gate fee if you somehow don’t have Ghosts Ahoy done.
- Ghost captains / local Phasmatys services and shop stock.
- Most accounts past early-mid game farm ecto for Prayer XP, not the tokens. Tokens are the side product.
