Is the 2007 RuneScape map the same as the OSRS world map today?

Original RuneScape map (1999–2001)

The first RuneScape map is Paul Gower’s DeviousMUD prototype — a mirrored sketch of what became Gielinor. The original RuneScape map players actually used is the January 2001 official canvas: Lumbridge, Varrock, a stub of the free world, and player-owned houses labelled years before they shipped. RuneScape Classic map
