OSRS map coordinates explained
Cursor readout and markers use the same tile grid as the OSRS Wiki and RuneLite (for example Lumbridge Castle is near 3222, 3218). Plane 0 is the surface; planes 1–3 are upper floors and some underground areas depending on the region. That makes this map useful for clue guides, plugin configs, and sharing exact meetup tiles.
Frequently asked questions
Is this the official OSRS world map?
No — it's a free community planner on OSRSTools. Map tiles come from the open Explv osrs_map_tiles project. For the wiki atlas, see the RuneScape Wiki map.
Can I draw routes for my clan?
Yes. Draw paths, drop labelled markers, add notes, then copy a share link or export JSON so everyone sees the same plan.
Does drawing work on mobile?
Pan and zoom work on touch devices. Freehand drawing is easiest with a mouse or trackpad; on phones, prefer Line, Rectangle, Tile paint, and markers.
